Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the sliced apples, half of the sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Toss until the apple slices are evenly coated and set aside to macerate for 10 minutes.
